The 2012 Philadelphia Eagles began the season primed to be one of the top teams in the NFC, but got off to a terrible start against the Cleveland Browns. Despite winning 17-16 thanks to a late touchdown from QB Michael Vick, and an impressive 456 total yards of offense, the Eagles shot themselves in the foot several times throughout the day and almost handed the lowly Browns the upset. When all was said and done, Vick threw 4 interceptions and nearly lost the season opener on the road, but managed to escape Cleveland with the win.

Mike Vick was just rusty and the defense played exceptional. Probly would have been a shutout if it wasnt for the turnovers. Mike Vick will be up to speed next week and the eagles will look alot better against the ravens.

@Comeatmebro1992 LOL. Gotta admit though, even being a long time eagles fan, they shouldn't have won this. They both played like shit.

Hell, my shit could play better than the Browns. Get ready for the #1 overall pick in this years draft. Matt Barkley is headed to cleveland.

andy reid is incompetent as a coach, been the case for years. vick is not brett favre dude, although hes the all time leader in picks, at least he can make something out of nothing with success while vick just forces the ball.
