How to do some of the steps used in 16th century Italian dance books, such as Il Ballarino (available here: http://www.pbm.com/~lindahl/caroso/ ).
Steps included: Riverenza, Continenza, Trabucchetto, Ripresa, "The Sequence" (ripresa, ripresa, trab, trab), Passo, Seguito ordinario, "Pavan Sequence" (passo, passo, ordinario), Puntata, Spezzato, Scorsi.
I've been teaching dances in the SCA for a long time, but I'm very new to video editing. I would appreciate any comments or suggestion for how to improve this. I hope to make a series of videos with more steps, as well as instructions for specific dances.
