Studio 11 LA producer Heidi Cuda returns to Siskiyou County in Part 3 of the "War on Rural California," part of her "Saving the California Dream" series. Among the voices from Siskiyou County are Rich Klug, a biologist for Roseburg Wood Products, who shows a green energy biomass facility that remains embroiled in legal issues, despite producing green energy from wood scraps. And a sign of hope on the job front for Siskiyou County residents, as the organic meat company, Belcampo, sets up a new facility at a former lumber mill site, as Joan Smith Freeman, the executive director of the Yreka Chamber of Commerce shows our viewers.
