Hillary Clinton broke into a coughing fit Thursday evening during her marathon appearance before the House Select Committee on Benghazi, temporarily halting the panel's questions.

Asked by the committee's chairman, Rep. Trey Gowdy, whether she'd like a 60-second break to catch her breath, Clinton said no.

"Let me just grab a lozenge," she said, reaching for a cough drop.

Clinton has been testifying before the House committee since 10 a.m. Supporters took to Twitter in the 10th hour to use the hashtag #FreeHillary.
