I've been dieting and exercising for over 8 months now and I've only lost about 15 pounds! I'm 17, 5'1, and I weigh 148 right now I think? I drink nothing but water. No bread, no pasta, no potatoes. I eat six small meals a day to help speed up my metabolism and I work out 4 days a week for an hour and a half, going on runs and doing ab exercises.
