This video briefly explains how you can improve your ability to react to movement in your peripheral vision. By learning to do this you can significantly increase your reflexes and reaction time. There are other benefits in using this in the martial arts aswell, some of which are outlined in the video.
At the end of the video there is an example of how these exercises can be used to practice movement that you might use in your martial art specifically. The example that is used is trapping.
