This is a great salad and a throwback from the 70's & 80's. Slightly warm with sweet & sour bacon and onion dressing will always be good. This is a good example of "Good cooking is not a trend." This preparation is timeless and well received in today's market of diners. I highly recommend this as a main dish as well as a salad with protein foods served on top of it (i.e. chicken, seafood etc...).
