Ingredients: 1 Part Chia Seeds(White or black, same nutritional content, white just looks better for pudding) 3 Parts Liquid(Milk/Nut Milk or Juice)
Optional: Coconut Milk Raw Sugar or Agave (To sweeten if desired) Organic Fruit Preserves (To sweeten and flavor if desired) Fresh Fruit (To accent or sweeten)
