Amy's Kale Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Thoroughly wash and dry the kale before use (I used red kale)
Holding the stem with one end, pull the leaves down the stem and off in one motion
Tear kale leaves into bite sized pieces and place on a baking sheet
Lightly drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and massage evenly so that each leaf is coated
Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet
Place kale on center rack and bake for 10 minutes, then flip kale over and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Remove from oven, season with kosher salt, and enjoy!
