No one from this channel is in the video. Please keep the discussion in focus and on the subject of the US becoming a police state. Name calling and rude comments will get you banned.

A Nazi style check point has been set up inside the USA for the sole purpose of violating the 4th amendment rights of US citizens. Mexico is the USA's 3rd largest oil supplier. We have an agreement with them, If we want their oil, we keep our borders porous. Immigration has a Catch and Release program for illegals which allows the vast majority of Mexican and other nationals caught crossing our borders illegally, to go free, some of which have been terrorist.

The Border Patrol isn't looking for illegals or even drugs. They are stopping US citizens on internal roads for one purpose only, conditioning us to voluntarily giving up our civil rights.

Welcome to Police State USA. The story on how the border patrol is violating the rights of US citizens and disregarding the US Constitution.

Remember that this is not at the border and the Border Patrol are not police officers. They do not have the jurisdiction or authority to enforce local, state city or traffic laws. Some have even been found to be illegal aliens associated with drug cartels and the CIA.

Obama: "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force (Police) that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded. I have no intention of closing the borders until congress comes up with a comprehensive immigration policy ". Obama wants a civilian security force as powerful and as well-funded as the Department of Defense. Would that include giving these cops automatic rifles, helicopters, and missile launchers? Will the uniforms be brown? And what badge/swastika will they wear?

The department of justice has announced that people have the right under the constitution to video police in the performance of their duties. Any officer that arrests a citizen for taping will be charged with false arrest & violating the 1st, 4th, & 14th amendments. Any officer that confiscates a phone or camera will be charged with theft, and video erasure carries the additional charge of obstruction of Justice & destroying evidence. And cops are no longer immune to personal law suites filed by victims. Sharp v. Baltimore Police Department.

God damn it. I despise this civilization so much. In this video I have seen a terrible disrespect to authority and blatant offense from civilian. I can't even comprehend how you can support this guy. Once again, I have some respect for authority and I will submit without a problem to this and more. I honestly love seeing officers doing their job efficiently, but you for some reason take that efficiency as police state. I hate this anarchistic point of view so much that everyone that is an anarchist is a natural enemy of mine. If it would be up to me, I would send all those troublemakers to military. It would straighten them up.

Well, REgamesplayer, it's called the 4th amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. For which, literally, thousands of patriots have fought and died to preserve for the rest of us. You comply to tyrants, but 3% of us will stand on the Constitution.
Christopher Chilson
REgamesplayer you never been in America? Then your experience regarding American IBP checkpoints is presumably none. Which makes your statements and opinions null.

"There's nothing right now that tells me you're not a criminal." -- This is not the reasonable suspicion required by the constitution to search someone.  This cop, is a disgrace, and frankly the citizen being harassed by the cop showed a great deal of restraint and respect under the circumstances, despite the cop shitting on his rights and essentially accusing him of being a criminal or illegal alien for no damn reason.  Yes, voices were raised, but this is a stressful situation.  No it's not as bad as Nazi Germany, but it's tyrannical behavior nonetheless.
Josh Maillet
Acting like some tough guy in front of his girl... what a Casanova. Judging from this guy's video title and the content, I can reassure you ALL that he's definitely a Nazi camp survivor and has a NYT's bestseller known as; ''How I survived the Holocaust'sh checkpoint''. In all seriousness, this guy is about as dramatic as Kim Kardashian at a BET awards after party.

Unreasonable search? Nope, seems perfectly reasonable to me.

Yeah right, no consent, no probable cause. He must have suspected he was an illegal immigrant from Canada or Europe? These are random blanket searches in the Orwellian tradition.
Jimmy Castellano
or, be cool and converse a minute with your local police and answer his simple benign questions so that you can go on your way. They are watching out for us. They are trying to keep a good look out for BAD GUYS. What about that don't you understand?
Ryan Steele
This cop is a fucking LIAR!!! "Im giving you a choice." No the Fuck your not. He's a damn lying piece of shit
Howie Hellbent
In what way was this Nazi being "Lenient"? He tried to violate just about every right a person has at a checkpoint.
John Meyers
Howie, You are right.  The folks who dont understand that this fucking fed IDIOT is tyrannical dont derserve their freedom.
The officer never ordered him, he only asked him.  The cop knows he has no legal right to detain or search these people.  The civilian did nothing wrong and the cop can't search him or his car unless he has suspicion of a crime.  The cop said that for all he knows, the person could have been a criminal, which is why he wanted to search him.  That's not a reasonable suspicion.  I'm really floored at how many people are taking the cop's side.
“Those who give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.” ― Benjamin Franklin Americans need to read the American Constitution. America is turning into Russia.

At an immigration checkpoint, if you claim to be a citizen, you'd better be willing to substantiate the claim. He should have cooperated immediately.
