Are you going to happy hours and bars after work to have a few drinks and food snacks because you had a rough day at work or had an argument with a boyfriend or girlfriend?
Do you eat when you're mad or bored? That's all part of emotional and stress eating. You might not know it, but it is a disorder that can be holding you back from getting the lean body you're training so hard for.
**Tips to keep stress eating in check.
1:21 You have to know all your triggers any emotional eating hotspots. Recognize areas that will make you eat poorly when you are sad, and make a mental note to tell yourself to not eat there.
2:06 Make sure you shop smart and only get healthy foods. This way you don't binge eat on junk foods when you start getting emotional.
2:31 Stock up on pistachios. Pistachios help you regulate blood sugar and it's a great tasting snack.

3:19 And the best advice I can give you to fight emotional stress eating is to workout regularly. By working out regularly, you're able to keep your stress levels in check and also constantly increasing your metabolism to burn more belly fat.
3:46 Sooth your senses. Surround yourself with things that brings you comfort. This way when you get angry you be able to Instantly relieve your stress and prevent yourself from eating. My favorite stress relief is reading a book, listening to music or just watching TV.
