Juarez Mexico 2010 ~ Part 1 ~ Setting the military loose on the civilian population and turning Juarez into a police state is bad policy and ITS NOT WORKING. Reality is proving my point. Why is it that small minded people cannot see that decades of the same failed drug policy are not going to all of the sudden start working... sad.
