Pumpkin Pie Recipe

Ingredients

2 crusts using the shortcrust pastry recipe (try substituting gluten free flour)
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp.ground ginger
¼ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. freshly ground nutmeg
¾ cup of sugar
15 oz. can of organic pumpkin
12 oz can of Evaporated, Lowfat, 2 percent milk

Directions

Crack 2 eggs into a mixing bowl (lightly stir)
Add cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, salt, nutmeg, sugar, to the eggs.
Add pumpkin to mixture and stir well
Add Evaporated Milk and stir well
Pour into pie crust
Preheat oven to 425, add pie to oven, turn down oven to 350 and cook for 45 to 55 mins.
Cool pie before serving
