From the album Groove Merchant.

Interesting release this. Stiff Records were known for being a hip and trendy label so to see a hard bop act on there was unexpected. At the time Stiff Records were experiencing financial difficulties and for Tommy Chase to be on there was unexpected. Hard bop was never a big seller and coupled with the facts Stiff were struggling for money and the album received a CD release at the time when they were expensive to produce makes you wonder how this happened in the first place.

It would be interesting to find out more but that's something that is unlikely to happen.
