Staff Sergeant (SSG) James McCormack of Plymouth, MA, who is also the Associate Director of Marketing for the Bridgewater State University (BSU) School of Graduate Studies, teamed up with Francisco Oliveira, a BSU first year graduate student and MAJ NGMA Ronald Cupples to win the Center for Entrepreneurship Studies (CES) at BSU Spring 2010 Business Plan Competition. As the Grand Prize winners, the team received $2,500 in start-up money for their new business, Platoon Daddy, a web-based marketplace and review site of service providers who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. SSG McCormack is shown here presenting the plan.
