The Securities and Exchange Commission, S.E.C says the Nigerian Capital Market declined by -16% in fragility by the year end, 2011. At a Media Briefing, recently SEC's DG, Arunma Oteh holds that the development was not without attribution to the relationship with other markets globally. For the Year 2012, the SEC is to focus on the revitalisation of the Abuja Securities and Commodities Exchange Commission, ASCE and the representation of the Agricultural Sector in the Capital Market to exceed the current 0.34% involvement. Arunma holds that the Exchange's Demutualisation Agenda is near the completion stage and that Market Confidence restoration will be confronted with more of Investors Education. - Temple Asaju, Proshare.
