Two Great Floor Pickup Mechanisms.
Team 1493, The Falcons from Albany, New York had the coolest with a suction cup mechanism that had an assembly line vibe to it. It was effective, but too ungainly to be an advantage.
Team 20, The Rocketeers, from Clifton Park, New York. Their mechanism was the most effective at WPI. Once it made contact, the frisbee was theirs and quickly loaded. It was also protected within their perimeter, an important feature.
