This week's insane choreographed cardio dance workout video is to Katy Perry and Juicy J's song "Dark Horse". OMG, I completely tapped out preparing and filming this 'bikini bridge gap workout' for you guys.

Oh, what is a bikini bridge gap and how do you get a bikini bridge, you ask?

A bikini bridge gap is when you lie down and your stomach is so flat that your hip bones stick out, causing your bikini bottom band to stretch across your tummy with a gap between your abs and the material.

Basically, it's a very flat stomach (a different pair of abs from women who want six packs, which I find a bit too masculine)

Since the bikini bridge gap is all the rage and getting a thigh gap will most definitely leave you with a flat stomach, you can call this a bikini bridge gap workout too!

I tested this killer cardio routine six times in a row for a 20 minute workout before moving on to resistance training of upper body, total body movements or some other form or cardio. #dead

I know you will send your heart rate through the roof and burn copious amounts of fat if you stick with this workout and do it a few times.

The routine is pretty fun too, so keep doing it at least until you master it!
