A rich, smooth, vegan, gluten-free, double-layer, chocolate cake recipe!!!

RECIPE
Cake:
4 cups gluten-free oat flour
1 cup rice flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups water
2/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. vinegar
Frosting:
3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup vegan margarine, at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbsp. almond milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To a bowl, add oat flour, rice flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt, and whisk until combined. Add water, oil, vanilla, and vinegar, and mix until smooth. Pour batter into two greased 9-inch cake pans. Bake 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely. To make frosting: to a bowl, add powdered sugar, cocoa, and vegan margarine, and mix together. Add vanilla, and almond milk, and mix until smooth. Place the first cake layer on a plate, and frost it. Stack the second cake layer on top, and frost the top and side. Slice and enjoy! Makes one two-layer 9-inch cake.
