Latah Valley is a new church community, which is being planted by the established congregations of the Presbytery of the Inland Northwest... The land where is the fledgling fellowship gathers encompasses 16 acres of the most picturesque private property within the bounds of the city of Spokane, Washington. So, here's the problem. When the Presbytery purchased the entire 16 acres, the plan had been to sell off the eastern and western portions and to retain about 7 acres in the middle. Back in 2008, a developer had signed an agreement of sale. But then, when the economy took a nose-dive, that developer pulled out of the deal. We therefore have launched a RE-CROSSING THE THRESHOLD Capital Campaign to pay back the original owner what we owe him: $400,000. Please pray and offer what support you can! If 200 people pledged $2,000 we would have all that we need. Latah Valley, as a ministry, continues to grow in a variety of ways. And we thank you for your support in allowing this new church to "do the work of love" from this amazing location.
