This is a semi-academic presentation of a study on the effects of one particular persuasive game. Former versions of this paper were presented at the International Communication Association conference of 2015, and the Etmaal of Communication Science conference of 2016, among others. The study has since been published as an article in the journal Psychology of Popular Media Culture and can be found here:
