I know. It's not popular. We really don't talk about this in public but...hey...I said I was gonna keep it real and I'm fairly certain that poop falls in the 'keeping it real" category. So...here ya go.

For all the amazing food, water, and ridding our daily intake of the "ick" you'd think your body would be happy to repay the favor by eliminating some of the stuff it's got stored. Nope. That's not the way it works, apparently. The "scrubbing" of the colon occurs in week 2--so I got that going for me. Regardless, it's not been miserable. I'm not bloated. I don't waddle around in my sweat pants or try to pull my shirt down over my unbuttoned pants It's not like that at all. Hey...like I said yesterday...I just bring the questions. I'm the riddle girl--not the answer man.

I'm loving the food. It's awesome. I'm also down 4 pounds as of this morning (and that is without my colon scrubbing!).

Oh--and now that I've got you all freaked out about that, everyone that's been through it says you're not chained to the bathroom and it's actually quite a pleasant experience given the subject matter.

My body is lightening up on me. The pain is lessening which is working for me.

Right now I'm off to be in hopes I can sleep (and my kids do, too).

See ya tomorrow for the last day of Phase 1!
