If you want to become a better runner and stay injury-free then you need to do Strength and Mobility - SAM - after every run. Specifically, Core Strength, Hip Strength and HIp Mobility.

You do the exercises in this video immediately after your easy running days. Make sure to check out the SMA - Phase 1, Hard Day video for the exercises you should be doing after your harder workouts and long runs.
