Cogges Manor Farm was a much loved rural farm museum that was closed in 2009 as the owners Oxfordshire County Council felt it was costing too much to run. In this webinar, Judy Niner, Chair of the Cogges Heritage Trust will be showing us how; with a small amount of money, no revenue grants and huge enthusiasm, a newly founded Trust was able to reopen the site and is now in a position where it has generated a surplus revenue each year since 2014 and kept a much loved piece of local heritage alive
