In anticipation of any booing or protesting during the CitizenLink Family Forum debate, the host offers any protestors a chance to speak up before the debate starts in exchange for them showing respect later on. Someone takes the offer (a likely Ron Paul supporter). The host may have realized that he made a mistake when we see him tactfully trying to take back the microphone after seeing that the protestor has been talking for over 2 minutes. For the record, there was no booing during the debate. So it appears that this offer by the host actually worked out - the protestor got his chance to speak out & in return there was no protesting or booing. Also for the record, the protestor's issue was never addressed to the candidates during the debate.

Note: the protestor's entire speech was edited for time (but his main points are there)
