Ingredients: dried anchovies (50g), 2 leeks, 1 cartouche, 1 clove of garlic, ripened kimchi (400g), Korean soy sauce for soup, wheat flour (405)

1.Mix 400ml flour (405) with 150ml of water
2.and knead the dough for about 10 minutes
3. Leave the dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes
4. Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces
5.Cut the leeks in slices
6.Please remove the internal organs of the dried anchovies before using them
7. take a mixer / unfortunately my mixer is broken
8.It's pretty hard to finely chop the anchovies
9. Bring 1100ml of water to a boil and add the finely chopped anchovies, let everything boil
400g of ripened kimchi
10. 1 leek
11. 1 potato
12. Add 1 clove garlic
13. After about 5 minutes, let it cook over low heat
14. Pluck the dough into small, bite-sized pieces and add it directly to the soup
15. Season the soup with 2 1 / 2EL soy sauce for soup, a little salt and pepper
