Pakistani-American parents bring the perspectives of Pakistani-American fathers and mothers. Teachers and Professors from American Universities bring their unique take on how they are educating the next generation of Americans and 6 Pakistani-Americans from six different fields of education and levels of social and cultural understanding of Pakistan and America meet each other at their local college where they talk about generational gaps between their parents and their Pakistani friends back in Pakistan, they are caught at the crossroads of leaving adolescence and becoming adults to carry the responsibility of giving something back to their motherland. They instantly bonded over the struggle of being Pakistani-Americans in the midst of the current political crisis between the two countries.
