Winemaker Emmanuel Pageot of Turner-Pageot talks about making "orange wine", what it is, and how he makes it in the Languedoc. Orange wine is white wine that is left to ferment on it's skins and stalks, taking on a rich orangish color through oxidization. Turner-Pageot's orange wine is called "Les Choix".
