This is a video documenting my journey to lose fat. I am starting with a waist line of 107cm. According to Diabetes Queensland (http://www.diabetesqld.org.au/healthy..., retrieved at 03/05/2015) men with a waist measurement above 94cm have a higher risk for type 2 diabetes.
