Learn how to crack your own neck using 3 different techniques. First I use the foam roller to release my sore neck muscles to get a good crack. (No chiropractor or chiropractic adjustment is required for these massage exercises.) If you have a sore neck, the muscles may be tight and full of knots. Massage the neck to release the muscles and then the vertebrae will crack. Then I use the yoga bolsters, available on my site, to further release the back and neck muscles. Do this for at least 20 minutes. Use the neck bolster on the cervical region and roll your neck on it thoroughly. The I hang upside down (inversion table style) on a yoga bolster and massage my neck... it just may crack in this inversion position too. This is called a traction, when you pull the body on it's ends. Here I'm using using the weight of my own body to crack my own neck.
