Quick and convenient car battery tester can print results to PC or separate thermal printer.

The convenient hand-held device tests all automotive starting batteries, including lead acid, AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) flat plate, AGM spiral wound, GEL batteries, and EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery). It also detects bad cells. It is reverse polarity protected — will not damage the device, the battery or the vehicle.

•Tests vehicle cranking system and vehicle charging system
•Analysis result: Good/replace. Testing standards JIS, EN, DIN, SAEand IEC
•Testing range 100-2000CCA, 100-1400 DIN, 100-1400 IEC, 100-2000 EN, GB 30Ah-220Ah CE Certificated, conforms to RoHS
•Printer available Laser 6804

•The initial battery test analyses battery health status to calculate actual cold cranking capability of the battery; advises whether to charge or replace the battery if necessary and can identify a faulty battery before actual failure.

•The cranking test identifies fault or potential faults in the starting circuit including the starter motor itself by measuring increases in starting load torque. Then the charging test checks and analyses the charging system, determining if output of generator or alternator is to normal parameters, and detects under or over-charging.

•A great feature is the ability to print out the results — test data can be printed out via your PC or laptop (using the USB lead supplied) or by using the Laser 6804 Thermal Printer. This is designed to accompany the 6803 Car Battery Tester and is a quick and convenient method of printing out the test results which can then be shown to the customer and kept with the service documentation.

•The useful and easy to use 6803 Battery Tester will become indispensable in the workshop and is available now from your Laser Tools suppler.
