Filmed this while tagging along with a couple friends teaching an open water course at Rye in Melbourne, the conditions were pretty bad and they did well not to lose anyone :)

Filmed with the GoPro HD hero2 and SRP Blurfix adapter with a URpro swCY filter, this setup worked surprisingly well in these poor condition's as it looks much better on the video then it did down there.

All video was shot with the filter on in 1080P30 wide 170 fov except for one shot of the seal in 1080P narrow 90. All photos were in 11mpx wide mode.

There is a visible vignette on some land shots and at first I couldn't understand what it was as UW there is no vignetting but it must be just caused by a shadow in the bright sunlight from the outside of the filter.

No video is cropped its all full frame some white balance adjustment done in software mostly to correct the red tones on the land and to balance the colours throughout the UW videos as much as possible.

Max depth is only 5.3m but vis was lucky to get to 2m in most sections and fairly surgey for this location its about as bad as it gets here, good way to throw the new divers into the deep end so to speak lol.
