The ColdCure Wrist Wrap comes with 3 ColdCure gel packs containing XC RigiGel. The XC Gel Packs can be stored in the fridge or freezer before use of the cold pack. Prior to use, charge the gel packs in the fridge or freezer for at least 1 hour. To apply the ColdCure Wrist Wrap, undo the Velcro straps. take the XC Gel pack from the fridge or freezer and insert the gel pack inside the mesh pocket. The XC Gel can be inserted with the white side facing up or down, as it is not side specific.

Lay the wrap along your leg, or supported surface and place your wrist on top of it. Completely wrap the thinner end around the thumb and attach the Velcro to the wrap, securing it around your thumb. Next, wind the wrap around your wrist securing the bottom Velcro onto the wrap. These can be done in either direction on the wrist or hand depending on where the injured area is. It's recommended to rest during the treatment.

If storing the XC Gel packs in the fridge, there's no need to take a break between treatments. The XC gel packs can be continuously swapped out as the cold runs out, or every 20 minutes. If storing the XC gel packs in the freezer, do a 20 minute treatment and then take a 20 minute break. Cycle treatments throughout the day.

When using XC gel packs stored in the freezer put a layer of clothing between the wrap and your skin. The level of cold you will experience will increase as the inflammation decreases.

If ColdCure treatments become uncomfortable, remove the wrap for a few minutes and then re-apply.
