#gghealthkwest Jeff M Kansas City, MO Day 51! Today has been very productive! The gym was great, work was great. And now I'm at Genghis Grill. Today's bowl had chicken, shrimp, pepperoni, dragon salt, pepper, granulated garlic, onions, mushrooms, garlic water, snap peas, red curry and peanut sauce, and udon noodles. Oh so good and only 681 calories.
