Professor Robert Saltman will be a guest today discussing the privatization of Chicago's schools and whether charter schools really get better results, and about the chances for success by teachers at charter schools to unionize. Patrick McHaffie, associate professor of geography will talk about some of the "green" programs using GPS technology. And we'll be joined by Cinco Puntos Press Co-Publisher Bobby Byrd, talking about the new book Incantacions: Songs, Spells and Images by Mayan Women a book of poetry by Xpetra Ernandes and Xalik Guzmán Bakbolom and Ambar Past.
