Texas Pete® Fire Balls
Yield: 3
Portion: 3 (1 oz.) meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 C Texas Pete® Hot Sauce
- 3 C Marinara sauce
- 9 (1 oz.) Beef meatballs, frozen
- 9 Jalapenos, fresh, cleaned and quartered
- 4 Tbsp CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce
- 1 C Ranch salad dressing
- Toothpicks

Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, simmer Texas Pete® Hot Sauce and marinara sauce for 5 minutes.
- Add meatballs to sauce and cook until hot.
- In a small bowl, mix CHA! by Texas Pete® Sriracha Sauce and Ranch dressing. Set dipping sauce aside for service.
- Place piece of pepper on top of each meatball and skewer with a toothpick.
- Serve while warm with dipping sauce.
