On July 13, 2012, at 6:30pm, the complainant, who is 75 years old female, just left the bank where she had withdrawn $2700 from her savings account. As the complainant was inside a CVS, located at 1826 Chestnut Street, an unknown male began following her in the store. As the complainant stepped away from her cart to look at an item, the suspect walked by the cart pulling it with him, and took her black handbag containing the $2700 in cash and various identification. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: Black male, 40--50 years-of-age, 230lbs, 5'7″, bald, stubble on face, red tee shirt with YMCA on front and a number 5 on back in white lettering, tan shorts, white socks and white sneakers.
