Everybody loves pizza, but if you're gluten-intolerant, the bread base will be a problem for you. And also if you are following the Keto Diet. Cauliflower Crust Pizza to the rescue! Just like a regular pizza, you can use any mixture of ingredients for your topping. I made my cauliflower crust pizza vegetarian by topping it with my tomato pizza sauce, peppers, red onion, mushrooms and mozzarella. There's no reason why your cauli crust can't be topped with meaty things too - bacon, ham, chorizo, salami, anything goes on a pizza. But I draw the line at pineapple!
