FRC1629 Breakaway Kicker trials

1629's Pneumatic kicker prototype for 2010 FRC Breakaway robot. One cylinder, one festo solenoid and a special ingredient. If we double this up we should get some serious range. By varying ball position we can go from a pass to a lob.
