The BFST Foot Wrap comes ready to use.

Step one is to place the wrap on the affected area. Undo the Velcro straps of the removable belt on the foot wrap. Place your foot in the wrap so your heel is cupped and your toes are sticking out at the end. The bottom of your foot and the back of your heel should be touching the mesh lining of the wrap. Secure the Velcro Straps of the removable belt around the top of your foot. Make sure you're in a comfortable resting position to start the treatment.

To connect power to the BFST Foot Wrap. Connect the Energy Web cord to the Power Controller. This is the device that has the power button and numbers on it. Next, connect the Power Controller to the Power Adaptor Plug. Finally, plug the Adaptor Plug into an outlet.

To turn the BFST Foot Wrap on, press the red power button on the Power Controller. A green light will illuminate next to the number one.

Always start a course of treatment at Level One. Continue on Level One until you no longer feel any warmth during the treatment. Then, you may move to Level Two by pressing the power button, the second green light illuminated indicates Level Two. Continue on Level Two until you no longer feel any heat during treatment. Then you may move up to Level Three to continue treatment.

The BFST Foot Wrap has an automatic shut off and will automatically shut down after 20 minutes of use. If you want to turn the power off, then just press the power button until all green lights are no longer illuminated.

For best results, complete four 20 minute treatments each day. You should space out the treatments throughout the course of the day, as the effects of the BFST treatment lasts for several hours after the treatment has been completed.

It is a good idea to continue using the BFST Foot Wrap, even after the pain subsides and you start feeling better. It takes many months for injured tissue to recover and heal completely, in spite of signs of improvement.
