Behind the scenes! My favorite Pine Island fruit farm

Here's a clip from our fruit hunting trip to Pine Island this weekend. We were going to get some macapuno(seedling) coconut sprouts for me to plant our at my new place. These probably won't be the jelly filled ones like they have in the Philippines, but they are said to be more cold tolerant than the typical Malay varieties.
