Ricetta per la preparazione di 1 filone di pane comune da 600g circa preparato con pasta madre (lievito naturale)
INGREDIENTI: (per un filone da 600g)

-300g farina "0"
-150-200g pasta madre (lievito naturale)
-150-170g acqua tiepida (25°C)
-12g olio extravergine di oliva
-10g zucchero
- 5g sale

COTTURA:
in forno statico a 200°C per 5 minuti poi a 180°C per 30 minuti circa

SOURDOUGH BREAD

NGREDIENTS:
(bread 600g)

-300g wheat flour "0"
-200g yeast base or starter
-150-170g tepid water (25 ° C)
-12g extra virgin olive oil
-10g sugar
- 5g salt

COOKING:
bake at 200 ° C for 5 minutes after 180 ° C for about 30 minutes
