A flurry of activity begins this week as 7,281 undergraduates are expected to move into residence halls and Greek Village houses to start the fall 2011 semester. About 60 percent of those moving in will be freshmen, so 46 campus organizations are offering 113 programs over those first nine days to give the newbies a big Carolina Welcome. The group of freshmen, 4,550 strong, is South Carolina's largest incoming class and is estimated to include 19 sets of twins and one set of triplets.
