Violent Vengeance - The Universe Hero (MS-DOS, 1994)

Thanks to ExMortis for sending this....thing my way, a little known Korean dos fighter that....is as good as it looks. Characters scream 'hadouken' and 'shoryuken' backwards among other things I can't really figure out in terms of origin, Star Trek samples are used for a few characters, everyone has just about the same movelist in terms of commands, I swear Flava Flav is in two of these themes, and the hooker character is pretty much a sprite edit of the main character (guy in purple outfit) which is just unsettling.

And after you quit the game, these mo'fuckers (Accend Inc) have the nerve to tell everyone not distribute the game without their permission. But shit, I guess if I just zip up the game and call it Oreh Esrevinu Eht - Ecnaegnev Tneloiv and put in midis based on Notorious BIG songs, it's alright? Fuck you guys.

Also if anyone can read Korean and figure out the character names, that would be fantastic. I know the supposed gangster character with the bandana and stupid looking portait is named 'Kenbo' as he is converted to MUGEN now, but nothing else is translated. Except for the two bosses, R. Killer and Sweeper, which I might get footage of someday.

Holy shit I typed a lot.

One more thing I didn't record for some reason: the main character says an 'asta la vista baby' sample straight from the Terminator movie. Smooth.
