After extensive trial and error I finally figured out how to make the simplest, most comfortable ipad stylus around!

I've found that when I use a commercial stylus it just ends up feeling "wrong" or like my iPad isn't sensitive enough to write with. So I wanted to make something which had a larger form factor to match the large and imprecise writing style of the iPad.... kinda like a white board....

Overall this solution is very easy to make and everyone I've given one to uses it instead of their Pogo Sketch or similar.

NOTE: The key to this project is finding the right foam. I ordered a bunch of different versions online, sourced a few from local computer repair places, and bought pretty much every type of IC at Radio Shack; none of them were any good.

The best foam I've found (so far) has been from the IC's at Frys. The lowest cost I could find locally was $0.69 and it's enough to make 2!
