We are pleased to share a video that presents a vision of how the hyper-productivity of the Smart Companies will impact human life in 2054, when only 1% of life will be spent working, compared to the 23% of 1800.
Competition accelerates automation. Traditional companies can no longer afford to compete with the Smart Companies (the ones without the human workforce), not so much for cost reduction but for the quality of service and product.
We want to challenge you to join a collective intelligence experiment with the goal of imagining what lies ahead, and how we can build our future:
- Which jobs will disappear in what year and why? - Which will be the new ones to appear? - How are we going to deal with the redistribution of profit generated by the hyper-productive Smart Companies and companies without employees?
Write out your prediction (remember to point out year and reason) or vote or comment someone else's.
