This webinar offers encouragement, comfort and, maybe, a laugh - to partners, families and their loved ones affected by Bipolar Disorder.

Chato Stewart and his wife, Joan Winifred, married for 25 years, share their personal story with honesty, courage, and laughter, of how they've used boat loads of humor, forgiveness, and deep compassion to navigate through Chato's late-in-life diagnosis of bipolar disorder and depression, while maintaining a strong family, friendship, and marriage.

Chato and Joan offer tips on:

- Focusing on the Positives of Life
- Harnessing the power of Humor to Heal
- Adopting a Compassion Culture
- Forgiving Freely and Trying Not to keep account of injuries
- Learning to Manage Strong Emotions: anger, rage, disappointment, in healthy ways

Chato Stewart is a cartoonist-blogger at Psych Central, and creator of the cartoon series: Mental Health Humor - an off-the-wall look into life from the mind of someone living with Bipolar Disorder.

Joan Winifred is a busy mom, and loving partner of Chato, who still has time to write her PsychCentral.com blog, "Partners in Wellness."
