Sorry about the dates on the latter pics. Did not notice that the date was off until after taking them. The camera has been set to the correct date and will take more pics with the correct date.

Hair Growth

Normal Hair Growth Rate
In Caucasians, the average rate for hair growth is approximately one inch per month. African Americans have coarser, more brittle hair. Because of their hair structure, African Americans' hair grows approximately ½ inch per month. Asians have a faster-growing hair shaft, and Asian hair grows at a rate of two inches per month.

My sister-in-law is Japanese and her hair was a in a bob when I saw her in 2006, then in 2008 it was past her shoulders.

Have started a raw diet. Well, raw lifestyle with food. 80% raw and 20% vegetarian. If I want to be natural with my hair, then why not with my body.
Check out my link on this channel. The channel name is springcleanme. Will be uploading videos on raw food recipes and benefits soon.

In this video am showing previous length before shaving off in November 2010.

Imagine it being an afro, ;o) It was six inches, but it was a mess. Hair dyed in May of 2010 and then relaxed in October 2010. So, I shaved it off to start all over.

Have more than one hair texture growing out of my scalp, so I can't go by any system (Lois, Andre Walker).

Using African Raw Black Soap Shampoo and Shea Butter. At times will use coconut oil (100%) or Grapeseed oil. Am not interested in putting anything else in my hair for now.

Natural Hair Care product lines are too pricey for me and am not anti hair lab products. Besides still dealing with dry hair that comes in four textures. So that is enough for me to deal with. Finding out along the way what works best for me.

Also, will show more results in a later video of using clove oil. In this one am not sure if I did a good shot of an after photo.

Would love to invest in a steamer! Will probably do this in a couple of months.

Please feel free to ask any questions or make any comments ;o)
