Our friendly, professional staff have over 100 years of combined post graduate experience. We carry out an in depth, holistic assessment of your injury and will give you an accurate diagnosis of your condition.
We offer a range of physiotherapy treatments including muscle balancing, manipulation, acupuncture and strapping
Manipulation- All physiotherapists are either post-graduate qualified in manipulative therapy and diagnosis, or working towards this qualification.
Rehabilitation - Our fully equipped rehab gym caters for a broad spectrum of injuries from the acute stage right through to return to full sports or work function. We provide pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation and ensure that exercise programmes are individually designed and progressed safely. For a nominal fee, the gym facility may be used on an ongoing basis by previous patients.
Sports Therapy- All therapists have extensive experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation in a wide range of sporting fields. This includes involvement to a national level in rugby, league, hockey, rowing, swimming, surf life saving, athletics, cricket, cycling and touch.
Work Rehabilitation- Redwood Physiotherapy Clinic is a preferred provider for ACC and some accredited insurance companies. Able to deal with acute work injuries, as well as those of a more chronic nature, the clinic has an extensive network of contacts in associated professions to optimise clients' return to work function.
Muscle Balancing - Full biomechanical analysis, assessment and corrective therapy. Used for prevention and treatment of injuries.
Acupuncture- Barry Donaldson, Sean and, Kathryn are qualified in the art of acupuncture.StrappingOur physiotherapists are experienced in both sports strapping and Kinesiotaping for acute and chronic conditions.
