I have personally spent much time improving the audio and video quality of the original file, in which the second half was especially inaudible and unwatchable. Due to the poor state of the original, this is not perfect, but I hope it is an improvement. The sound has been filtered, clutter removed, hiss and noise reduced, equalised, EQ'd and normalised. The video has been de-shaked, visual noise filtered and brightened, amongst other things.

It is an important speech which lays out a general premise of what many Nationalists believe to be taking place. For that reason, I thought it was worth the time to improve the footage. Enjoy.
